In 2007, Linggas invested 30 million RMB to build up Linggas Wuqing District, Tianjin production base for specialty gases manufacturing, the land area is about 25,000M2.

    Linggas introduced international advanced concept, technologies, facilities and craft of electronic gas production, purification, trans-filling, mixing, gas cylinders processing and gas analysis, high-purity electronic grade CH3F, CH2F2, CHF3, SiF4, CF4, C2F6, SF6, C4F8, CO, COS, HBr and other products independently researched and developed are the first products successfully developed in China and exported abroad, becoming the technology leader in domestic specialty gases industry.

    Wuqing District, Tianjin production base has three sets of synthetic gas lines, 10 sets of gas purification-filling lines, two sets of gas mixed production lines, can produce 18 species of high-purity electronic gas products, including multiple products to keep domestic exclusive bulk supply, has successfully become a qualified supplier of international mainstream gas companies and domestic major chipmakers. Plant management has obtained ISO 9001:2015 quality system certification, ISO 14001:2015 environmental management system certification, ISO 45001:2018 occupational health and safety management system certification. The company has obtained 4 invention patents for special gas manufacturing, purification, preparation and detection, and 20 utility model patents for special gas production, purification, filling, distillation, spray, exhaust device, adsorbent and other aspects.
